TO REJUVENATE IMMUNE SYSTEM AND DETOXIFY WHOLE BODY
6am –breakfast -Grind 10 tulsi (holy basil / ocimum sanctum) leaves,3 curry leaves, 5
neem leaves along with a tablespoon of honey…put one teaspoon of cinnamon
powder and black pepper…make a lump of the whole mixture and consume on
empty stomach…have a glass of warm water
7am – Drink one glass of warm water with juice from half a lemon and one
tablespoon of ginger extract and one teaspoon of honey…consume one
whole Indian gooseberry
8am – one glass of orange/grapefruit/grape juice
6 slices of bread/ steam cooked food
10am – Grind 3 cloves of garlic and 15gms of ginger…mix it with one teaspoon
of honey and consume
1pm – lunch - a bowl of brown rice/ chapathi
a cup of boiled beans sprinkled with black pepper and salt
salad of steam cooked potatoes/radish/carrots/beetroot/spinach
half a cup of curd
4pm – have a glass of watermelon/orange/apple/carrot juice
(add one teaspoon each of honey and ginger extract to the juice )
8pm – dinner –bowl of oats in skimmed milk/ 3 chapathis/ steam cooked food
salad of raw tomatoes/lettuce/cabbage/carrots/beetroot garnished with lime
orange/ watermelon/ apple juice or whole
10pm – Boil a glass of milk with one teaspoon turmeric powder, one teaspoon
jaggery, one teaspoon black pepper powder..and consume the warm
milk
Repeat this diet for 11 days in a row..It will help to fight existing infections and greatly boost the efficiency of the body’s natural immune system along with safely getting rid of toxins that have built up in the body…make sure that you consume atleast 8-10 glasses of water each day
