6am – grind 10 leaves of curry leaf tree, 2 cloves of garlic, 5 balls of black
pepper,15gms of ginger and 10gms of turmeric powder with half a
teaspoon of rock salt…make a lump and swallow this mixture on an
empty stomach with a glass of warm water
6:30 am – have a glass of warm water
7am – consume 5 thorughly cleaned tulsi (holy basil/ocimum sanctum) leaves
8am – breakfast – a bowl of brown rice/ a bowl of oats with milk/
chapathi/3 slices of wheat bread
boiled carrots/beetroot/capsicum/tomatoes/
2 bananas / papaya
a glass of apple/pomegranate/pineapple/grape/orange juice
10am – Make a powder of dried 10gms cumin seeds, 10gms
fennel seeds and 15gms bishop’s weed
seeds…mix with a tablespoon of honey and consume
12am – have a glass of warm water with a tablespoon of ginger extract and
lemon juice
1pm – lunch - bowl of rice/chapathi/noodles
salad of carrots, beetroot, tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber,potato
some curry of dhal/corn/groundnut/ soya or any other pulse
a second curry of cabbage/spinach/ tindli/pumpkin
curd and onions
4pm – one glass of buttermilk with one teaspoon of powdered pomegranate skin
8pm –dinner -bowl of steam cooked carrots/ peas/ spinach/ cauliflower
papaya, apple, banana, mango
9pm – drink one glass of warm water
consume 10 raisins
10pm – 15gms of ginger essence with 25 gms of red onion extract and 15 gms
of garlic essence..mix and consume..hv a glass of warm water
Repeat this diet continuously for 5 days in a row…it will help to get rid of intestinal worms, gas trouble, indigestion,ulcers etc. and rejuvenate the whole digestive system…It will also help to effectively detoxify the whole body….make sure that you drink atleast 8-10 glasses of warm water throughout the day
