6am – Grind 10 tulsi (holy basil / ocimum sanctum) leaves with a teaspoon of
turmeric powder and one Indian gooseberry…consume with a glass of
warm water mixed with a tablespoon of honey and half a teaspoon of
cinnamon
7am – one glass of carrot juice with a teaspoon of cucumber juice, one teaspoon
lemon juice, one tablespoon honey and 10 raisins
8am – breakfast – 2 apples
1 banana
(or)1 mango
(or)1 slice of watermelon
4 slices of wheat bread
10 am – have half a cup of curd with 5 strawberries
1pm – lunch – 1 bowl of brown rice
salad of steam cooked beetroot, carrot, lettuce, broccoli, potato
sprinkled with lemon juice
a glass of orange/ mango/apple/banana juice
4pm – have a glass of watermelon juice with 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice
and one teaspoon of honey
8pm – dinner - oats/chapathi/ bread/noodles/salad
1 papaya
1 orange
10 almonds
10pm – Boil a glass of milk with 10gms of saffron added to it…consume the
warm milk
Repeat this diet continuously for 14 days to get the following benefits :-
